Pop-up every 5 minutes

I don't know what happened to my computer. But a pop-up comes up every 5 minutes and I don't know what program its coming from or what. Here is the pop-up. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Run a full anti virus scan
Download and run a full scan with malwarebytes.
If that does not work download and scan with adwcleaner
AdwCleaner Download
Im leaning toward your having some sort of malware that is not working properly

Ran Norton 360, and found a virus. The scan is still going on, and the message still pops up.
