Desktop Weather

I use accuweather on my main rig desktop but my location changes between Aylesbury, Bletchley/Milton Keynes, Buckingham and Gawcott, I also put accuweather on my phone and found if I travel 1/2 a mile in any direction it changes to any of of the four above, it seams I'm in a satellite overlapping location so can anyone suggest other Weather options that may be more accurate to my location, any help I would be very grateful for

Steph, I've used most of the weather options on PC and Android, amd keep going back to Weather and climate change - Met Office highest number of stations, and most accurate
I know there is an Android app that is fully GPS aware, think there should also be an iOS version

Change desktop backgrounds automatically based on time and weather?
I want it to integrate with the default weather desktop gadget so that the current weather and/or time is reflected in my desktop. If possible I would like it to have a GUI so you can easily change what backgrounds/themes associate with each feature. I wouldn't mind doing the coding on this...
