Crashing Software

I don't know if a dump file is casing the crash to happen. But trying to figure out why a program is having a problem after trying to finish the lesson and when I close the lesson and want to choose another one the system and get this error below. I'm not sure what information is needed as I do mostly BSOD and this part is a little hard to get hammer out.
