I have both of those files in C:\program files (x86)\Intel\Intel (R) Management Engine Components. I'd never heard of them before and assume they are to be expected on a home-built PC like mine.

I haven't looked in Reliability Monitor in a year or more and have no idea if those 2 files have ever been flagged in there as on your PC. A brief look through the last few months of Reliability Monitor doesn't show any flags for those files.

But "stopped working" is the most common notification in Reliability Monitor in my experience. I wouldn't be concerned with it unless you had significant unexplained symptoms.
