What shape should I used to modify this attachment

Dear Experts

In Microsoft paint which shape should I used to modify the attached drawing ( i.e. inclined red rectangle).

I want to change the border to a different color

I was thinking to use diamond (second row , second shape from the left) but that didn't help because its orientation doesn't match the drawing orientation

Yes that is what I want to do
Can you advise what had you done to change the boarder ?

I used the Line shape, and put in 4 lines, each from "corner-to-corner".
You can set the Size and Color for the Line.
You can also zoom in to make changes if you need to.
