    Google Calendar Multi Use

We have four churches all of which wish to use the same Google calendar for input dates etc. To avoid absolute chaos, we only want two persons to be able delete data if and when necessary. How would I go about this please. Please reply in easy terms, am not really a computer expert.

    Kindest regards,

Hello Ron, do you want only these 2 people to be able to edit the calendar at all? Such as adding entries, etc. And not just be the only 2 with permission to delete? I think you, as administrator (user#1), can delegate to (user #2) the ability to edit. That will give 2 people ONLY the permissions to edit any settings/listings of the calendar.
