StreamTransport Video Downloader on Windows 7

I use a program called Stream Transport to download videos that are not typically easily downloadable like those on YouTube. However I have a problem with Flash on my 32 bit Windows 7 Home Basic machine where the video windows don't appear clearly or clearly at all. In fact when I try to use stream transport which essentially feeds off Internet Explorer I can't download the video. What is the latest browser version for I.E. that is available for Windows 7 so I can download and install it and download videos using Stream Transport. For as far as I can tell they are linked so I need a good modern version of I.E. for Stream Transport to work again. it used to work but after i downgraded to Windows 7 from 8.1 things are a bit erroneous. Can someone help?

Streamtransport stopped working ( at least for me) about 3 months ago.

I now use Download & Save Videos ? RealPlayer.

You must use IE (move mouse to top and hover and a Download this Video will appear) and it is very efficient.

I would love to be able to download videos from TVJ VIDEOS and StreamTransport works for me. Would anyone love to try downloading a video from there using an alternative to StreamTransport as that crashes anytime i try to download a video from there. By the way, I don't want to use GetFLV, it's crap and doesn't work well for me. I usually use StreamTransport to download and watch my clips from that site. That's a great resource for Jamaicans or anyone interested in Caribbean affairs. Any ideas?
