Acrobat 7 standard and Win 7

I have installed Acrobat 7 standard (read write) on my Win 7 machine and have experienced no problems for what I use it for. But it occured to me afterward that maybe it might screw up my Windows 7 because it is an older tool. Is this likely? I use Acrobat 9.x for all viewing stuff, but on occasion I need to have a .PDF file I can edit, and Acrobat 7 has filled my need in the past. Just don't want to screw up all the work I've done to get a clean install of Windows 7.

    Thank you

I have installed acrobat 7 standard, but I can not add any pdf files to a collection in the organiser? What is missing or has to be changed?

Adobe Acrobat 7 is not compatible with Windows 7.

You could try installing it using Windows XP compatibility mode, but I can't promise it'll be fully functional.
