In case I click to ok, the temp data will be remove. and nothing to be install to my PC.
In case I leave the popup windows Installer there and turn in to the temp folder, find the Blackberry.msi and run it, the install process will appear as normal.

To my understand: Windows Installer (msiexec) in my PC do not harm but the registry or sth have wrong and cause Windows Installer cannot run automatic.

I have checked services, Windows Installer service have ok, not be disable.

Try unregister and regserver again (with prompt command as previous version in Vista and Xp have no effect)

Delet key .... SQM.... till not fix this issue.

    Pls help.

Now I till install sofware to my PC but just in the way: find the temp folder that its extract and run .msi by manual. it is very lousy.

    Pls guys help.

It doesn't seem to be issue with Windows Installer services - on *.msi file work fine for you.Defaultly this service is set to manual and this is normal.I suspect issue with *.exe associate -import this fix to registry http://www.winhelponline.com/fileasso/exefix_vista.zip +restart

Why did you reinstall OS? In Vista /Windows 7 is excelent System Restore function which restore registry system files and programs but don't change your private data and next time if unable to fix something please use it

OK two methods to solve your issue

1.I attache here fix for Windows Installer - it reset Windows Installer service
    msiserv.zip,unpack reg file,import to registry +restart

If my fix don't help:Can you run event viewer

    Start>>Search>>eventvwr.msc?
2.If Point 1 don't help restore system System Restore

    EDIT
Because it is issue on two computers I start to suspect even infection.Because scanning on allive system is not credible -many viruses can hide perfectly before installed security software use any LiveCD with antivir to diagnose it for example this one http://www.raymond.cc/blog/archives/...rting-windows/ or this one http://www.raymond.cc/blog/archives/...ng-in-windows/.It is bootable DVD.You have burn image boot it and scan.

Many thanks for your help, but i have try all as your instruction. The problem till not fix.

Also check the suppection of virus although i have installed Eset Nod32 v4.0 on My PC right when i install Windows 7. there are no Virus found.

About the system restore, I know that system restore on windows 7 work very good. Unforturnately, when i check the restore point i've found that system restore on my Pc have been turn of by S.O. there are no restore point.

I think it is better to re-intall the OS to get the fresh and clean windows 7 on the system and set the pass to prevent S.O change the setting of my PC. Although knowing that Log on windows password is easier erase by Hirent's Boot disk.

However, with setting password will help me to know who want to use my PC and let them know that do not change the setting.
