contextual menu ap for creating m3u files (flac and mp3)

Can anyone suggest an application that will allow me to select a group of songs within a folder, and via contextual menu, create a playlist file for those files?

I guess it cannot be done through contextual menu via a certain application. But you can save playlist via audio programs such as VLC and AIMP. You can save it as .m3u. Maybe there's someone who have a better answer or solution.

    I found this:

M3U Context Menu | Michael Sacks

which is precisely what I'm looking for, but the download link no longer works, and I've yet to hear anything back via the contact link. Granted that page is OLD, so I'm not expecting much. . . fingers crossed.

I see. It will automatically creates and save a playlist, if I am reading the post correctly. Though, as I looked at the screenshots, it is similar to the context menu like "Add to VLC media player's playlist" when you right click on several/selected songs. And it will play in VLC, then if you want to add list of songs to it, go to the folder you want, right-click the songs to add, and Add to VLC media player's playlist; and pressing Ctrl+Y will ask you to save the playlist.

Anyway, I guess this is not you are looking for, but I think this is an alternative, just in case. :)

Thanks for the tips theneves, greatly appreciate the effort. I already have a playlist creator app, but I'm trying to be lazy lol.

A Guy, thanks as well, I will certainly give those a spin.

Greatly appreciate everyone who read the thread as well, even if they had nothing to contribute!

Good day Russell! Hehe. You're always welcome. Though sometimes being lazy is good. Haha. Have a great day.
