    Window7 x64 wont let me install most programs

    Hey everyone.

    My computer recently has gotten this weird thing where it wont let me install a lot of programs. Programs such as Skype, Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable (x86) 12.0.21005, Nvidia software updates and others. Apart from that sometimes it tells me I don't have permission to modify certain folders. This all started when I tried to clean my computer from this browser hijacker (yahoo virus) I used a few cleaning software but I'm afraid it may have altered or damaged my registry. I don't know what info you guys may need from my pc but if you let me know I will do my best to find it and post it on here. Any information would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

    *edit* Another issues is I had microsoft office installed for a few years now and suddenly it wan'ts me to install again.

    However, was I suppose to run this in safemode?

    The cleaning software I use is standard: CCleaner, Malwarebytes, AVG, Glary Tools, I was also recommended to use Combofix(I know this is very dangerous but it fixed the problem with the yahoo virus and only used it as a last resort because all else failed) and tdsskiller

    For Nvidia it just simply says install failed,
    For Skype I figured it out I just uninstalled and reinstalled but before it was that I already had the latest version installed
    For Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable (x86) 12.0.21005 it was: Error 0x80070005
    For some reason my microsoft office also wants me to reinstall it...

    For Microsoft Visual, I had to go to safe mode to install and same with nvidia
