    I cannot install itunes

I'm trying to install iTunes on my computer. The download is satisfactory but I get an error as it is being installed. Tried several DL site in case the installation file was corrupted. Checked the Window Firewall and found the domain was disabled. Enabled it and checked several other places and rebooted. Still got the error. (see the attached ). Went back to the firewall to be sure everything I did was persistent. It was.
    Anody any ideas?

I noticed that your location says "in Assisted Care facility".

So, I have to ask, is this PC one of those owned and operated by the facility? If so, they probably instituted policies to prevent folks from installing stuff on "their" machines.

And, if that is true, you'll have to find out who administers the machines and see if they will install the stuff for you.
