software to rip dvd audio track only

I have a dvd of one of my favorite bands on dvd and want to rip only the audio track to a cd so I can listen to it in my cars cd player. Is there a program that can do this and which folder in the dvd do I need? As you can tell, I'm not too familiar with using dvd programs.

Just play the dvd and use your computer's recording utility. When finished, put a blank cd in and burn away.

I use Total Recorder instead of the built-in Recorder of Windows, can be set to record anything heard in the speakers.
