Welcome to Seven Forums Fugly. I would first try running the System File Checker

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

If it finds an issue with the Rundll32.exe itself, it will try and replace it with a good version.

If no help, suggest you try a Clean Start and see if an application is causing this

I've run a scan and it didn't find anything aswell as a clean start. The problem doesn't occur till I open a program, but it can be any program even my mouse and keyboard software. I did however find a temporary solution to the problem and that was just end the process. The errors stop showing but I don't know how important rundll32.exe is. I'm just going nuts trying to figure this out.

I'm about ready to do an OS reinstall however I wanna hold off till I have to.

    Thx for the reply

It is very important, it, well, runs dll files :)

You might try a Repair Install if you plan on a full reinstall anyway.

Solved! Had to update my video drive again. Some how the first updated screwed it, and all i had to do was roll it back, and re-downloaded the file. Most likely cause was a corrupt download.
