    Macrium create rescue disk question

Since I have a external usb hard drive. Is it possible to put the Macrium rescue boot disk files on there without erasing date? That is where I have my image backup files stored.

groze, you'd have a better response if you ask your question here: Imaging with free Macrium

You could click on this icon in the upper right hand corner of your post and ask that your post/thread be moved to there.

Leave a link from here so the mods know exactly the post/thread you want moved, it's: https://www.sevenforums.com/2943420-post1.html Just copy this link into your request.

    groze,

I'm glad that Kaktussoft was able to stop by, he's one of the heavy hitters on the Macrium Tutorial, but keep the link to the tutorials in mind; That would be the place to ask and get a quicker answer.

Just a suggestion - you should also keep a 2nd image on a different internal hdd ( if you have one).

External hdds are prone to failure and you may not have it when you need it.
