Win 7 64 Bit Macrium Reflect Free Rescue Disk

I installed Macrium Reflect Free on my Win 7 64 bit and Win XP 32 bit computers. I now have a problem with the Win 7 computer and cannot restore it. I made the rescue disk on the XP machine thinking it would work on both. Sadly that is not the case.

The Macrium site deals only with issues with the paid versions.

If I knew somebody with a Win 7 64 bit computer I would make a rescue disk on their machine. Unfortunately I don't.

Does anybody know of a work around? Is there a site from which I can download a Win 7 64 bit Macrium Reflect Free Rescue Disk?

Thanks

Hi There,

Have a look at the blue box at the top of this tutorial,

Imaging with free Macrium

There are links to a download of the rescue disc from the author.

You can use your original Win7 installation CD, and perform a 'repair install'....

You can download a Win7 ISO yourself from Microsoft (assuming you have access to another functioning computer with internet access), set your computer to boot from CD/DVD, then select a repair install when prompted; numerous youtube videos on it.
