    A free database program

I am looking for a database program so I can log my audiobooks. It should have a search and have a unlimited amount of entries you can have.

Try the database included in the free Office Suite LibreOffice. It includes a module called Base which should work fine for what you wish to do.

Have a look at Organizer Software by Duck Software, a couple of programs could be used with little to no adapting such as the Book Tracker. I got it for our church when it was pay-for software but they have since made it free.

Berton - don't mean to hijack this thread, my apologies.

I have tried to download this program ( movie base) and cannot - pics show the problem.

"Invalid directory" but won't allow me to change it.

I just downloaded and installed Film Tracker on my Win7 64-bit without issues [I was going to anyway, just hadn't gotten to it]. It installed into C:\Program Files (x86)\ft51, created the Start Menu, All Programs item. The Folder size is 1.55MB. Might try changing the Folder name to Film Tracker and see if it installs.

If you can't change it as in your first image try creating the Folder first in Windows Explorer. Maybe there's a write permission issue, try right-clicking the install file and Run as Administrator.

Unbelievable - after all that nonsense, I used IE to download it.

I never use IE, so I forgot to do that.

    It downloaded and installed instantly.

    Thanks for your reply.

You're welcome. Interesting about IE, I used Firefox 34.0.5. Just goes to show, there's usually 2 or 3 ways to reach the same goal.
