    Hi All
    CS2/CS3/CS4 work on W7 both x-86 and x-64.

BEFORE upgrading / re-installing Windows start up Photoshop and TRANSFER ACTIVATION.

After you've installed your OS you can then transfer activation back to the new OS. You re-install Photoshop and then transfer the activation back to your new OS. You'll need the serial number when you do this.

I assume you are using LEGAL copies of Photoshop.

    Cheers

The problem that i was having (Illustrator and Flash hanging, InDesing not opening, Premiere Pro hanging after splash, After Effects 0::42 error) was font related. I used Fix Font Folder 2.0 to let me know what were the problems. After seeing that there wee a huge load of font's with problems i eresed them all (including some system ones and some stuff did'nt showed up :S, but then i copied them from another W7 install). After that there were no other font's than the system ones it worked like a charmed then i installed a Berthold pack that i had and i had no problems. So be careful of what font's you intall because the might be borken and mess everything up. Dont install huge font packs.

I just did a clean install of Windows 7 Pro 64 on an HP desktop. I upgraded video and network drivers, but when I install CS3 or any of its individual apps, it shuts down my internet connection. I had to reinstall it under XP mode - which won't find my network printers. Any ideas?

    Solved

The site linked below has a solution.
They found that it seems to be a licensing issue (and can be fixed with an Adobe Reader update?!):

Hey guys! You might have seen couple of my posts on here before, I actually went back from 7 to XP because my computer wasn't supporting Aero. I was wondering if these software will work on Windows 7:

Adobe CS3 (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash etc...)
    AIM Messenger
    DIVX
    Quicktime/iTunes
    Audacity

Please post of you have used any of these softwares on W7 and wheather they have worked or now (yes its kind of a big list )
Works 100% percent on my Ultimate 64bit,.
