Software called Pro Reg Cleaner automatically starts when win boots

There's this piece of software that got installed to my computer called Pro Reg Cleaner that starts when I arrive at the windows desktop, and I'm not sure how to remove it, because the program is not listed in the add/remove programs, so I'm totally lost on how to stop it from popping up. Here's the screenshot of the program.

and this is usually what happens, I don't see any kind of other graphics. It just kinda stays there for a bit and then I click x on it and it's as if nothing happened after that. Hopefully this is the right section to talk about this sort of issue, if not, if someone could kindly redirect me, i'd appreciate it. :)

Ok, so I tried using Malware Bytes Anti-Malware, and well it told me I had 59 non-malware related infections, so i got rid of those, but the program still popped up after I restarted, and I tried the AdwCleaner too, that didn't help me either. The program isn't harmful to me, it just pops up, and I click around and it just ends up turning white and crashes, and that's about it.

Also, I have CCleaner installed, and there's no entry for the software in the startup programs, so... I'm at a loss again.

Trying Hitman Pro, maybe that'll do it for me. I'll post back if it didn't.

Unfortunately, that didn't eliminate the program from popping up either, however it did remove 87 items, so that's something. What do I do from here?! HALP.

SAS has a "uninstall unwanted programs" function in System Tools. Maybe you can try that.

It tells me "there are no unwanted programs detected on this computer."

However, it did remove 108 tracking cookies. ha. Sigh......

Maybe this is just something that I'm stuck with. :\

Yes I did. However everything I tried didn't detect that program.
