    Webcam software


    Hi, I have a Toshiba Equium L300 laptop, and I have just installed Windows 7. I got all the drivers off toshiba website, but the driver for the webcam does not work. I have tried elsewhere to get driver but nothing yet.
    Could anyone help please.

    Thanks for the link, I have tried that but still not working. I have the camera assistant but no webcam. I keep getting the message
    "Webcam driver open fail. Please restart camera or computer"
    I have tried that aswell but still no joy.

My new 64bit 7 HP laptop came with a webcam. I haven't used one before and apparently I need some software to make it work. Are there any good free ones that I could try before I decide whether it will be something that I really will use? Suggestions appreciated.

My webcam`s software is too old and I cant find its udgrade version on their website(driver is working fine in windows 7). So I need a new software. Do you guys know any software(preferably free) that captures still images as well as videos with good looking UI:p and some advanced tools??
