Installed programs do not appear in Control Panel

When I go to Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features, a lot of installed programs do not appear in the list.

Therefore I am unable to uninstall them.

Any idea to solve this issue?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi,
You might give a list of what's not listed to uninstall
Usually if you save a program to your desktop it might not show up in the uninstall list,
    Cheers.

    Thanks for your reply.

Here are some programs that do not show in Control Panel add/remove programs:

    Adobe Acrobat X Pro
    LG PC Suite
    TuneUp Utilities 2013
    WinZip
    ACDSee Pro 6
    Corel PaintShop Pro X4
    FaxTalk FaxCenter Pro 8
    MailBell
    MultiBit 0.5.18
    Nero 12
    Roxio Creator Starter
    Screen Capturer
    TomTom HOME 2
    Winamp
    ......

There are more programs in the list.

Anyway, none of them is saved in the desktop.

    Hi and thank you,
With tuneup utilities you never know :/
I might suggest using sfc/ scannow
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

    Hi,
See what this comes up with,

    If still no joy :/
Review Jacee’s instructions to run Adwcleaner here post #7,
Ignore the title of the thread,

You can use these free tools to see if they find anything,
Manually Update them before running full scans,
Try not to use your computer while the scans are running, (one at a time of course).
See this tutorial on how to download and run Malwarebytes,
    https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/338716-malwarebytes-anti-malware-free.html
Also use the Custom scan option not the Threat scan,

Please Do Not clean/ Delete or Remove Any detections before posting the scan results first before review especially Malwarebytes,

This one is the longest up to 4 hours, the others are only about 45 minutes,

    Hi,
I don't see any scanner logs posted

I would start with opening this "Tuneup utilities 2013" and make sure in it's settings to not run in All User accounts,
Repeat for ALL of the missing programs,

Then make a New administrator user account and change your existing one to a Standard user account,
    Create a new administrator account,

    https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/181024-user-account-create.html
If the issue does not occur in new user account then refer the following link to fix the corrupted user account.

Thanks if you haven't already remove all detected threats,
You ran the Threat scan and not the Custom Full scan of the connected drives and or partitions with Malwarebytes

Run it again along with this one,
