i cant open Picasa

i have installed picasa . but every time i try to open it nothing happens. i uninstalled and reinstalled but still nothing Help. I used this program with vista and no problems . i now have 7 and i am having no luck. Thanks
I tried to download picasa 3.8 . No problem. But then the computer says "which program do you want to use to open the file" and there is only listed "internet explorer" or I can search for other programs but which should I use? So the download doesn´t open automatically. There is a problem....
I can't connect me to the standard http://picasaweb.google.com website. It keeps saying "redirecting", flashes back and forth, and finally says IE8 cannot connect to the webpage. I can sign-in to Google email & calender etc with no problem. But from there, cannot link by clicking on the "photo"...
Hi, I live in the north of Thailand, just reformatted my Windows 7 fitted laptop and downloaded Picasa and it came in Thai language. Is there a way to change the setting regarding the country you are in or does Picasa come in whatever language suits the country you are in ? Thanks, Mickmac

I've always had Picasa working on my pc for a long time. For some reason I download it and it hangs on me. I get the box to install and then it just dissapears. I don't get anything else. Can anyone suggest what to do? Where could it be hanging?
