Icon to .EXE files seemed to have gone and wont reset??

OK gutys I had to move my setup across the house and once i set everything up and turned it on I saw a few programs that their exe icon had disappeared, (like when you uninstall a program and their shortcut is left with the generic icon) look at the pictures?

I went ahead and uninstalled the program in this case Steam and still the no icon was showing however the program just fine?

I did the following to try to fix it

• ended and restarted "explorer.exe"
• uninstalled the re-installed the program
• re downloaded a fresh copy of the program online and still didnt fix it after installing it
• restarted the PC completely

and still nothing worked
Other programs have the similar issue however slightly different problem in that their exe doesn't show up, I even uninstalled that one as well
Its a small problem but its bothering the hell out of me and i have to fix this the OCD is acting up lol.

Ok so after searching forever I was able to fix it by myself, it was alot of work to find it but I found a vdeo that will show you show to fix it

All you have to do is go to your appdata>Local>IconCache.db (if you don't see it you'll have to enable hidden file in the Local folder "Properties when you right click the folder")
and then delete it.

Then you have to go on task manager>Processes tab and end task of "explorer.exe"
Then you have to go to the "Applications" tab and click new task button and restart explorer.exe by typing "explorer.exe"
