Microsoft Business Accounting and SQL

I am trying to install Microsoft Small Business Accounting 2007 on my Windows 7 install. I am able to install it, but when I go to restore a back up file ( because I had the software on my Vista Machine, I run into problems. It gives me an error with the SQL. The compatibility message told me to install an SP3 update to the SQL and it still gives me the error.

I receive the error:

A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (Provider: TCP Provider Error:0 No connection could be made because the target Machine actively refused it).

When I make some tweaks, I get the error:

Login failed for user ". The user is not associated with a trusted SQL Server connection.

Can anyone help?
