Windows 7: firefox and java in runescape (java development toolkit)

firefox and java in runescape (java development toolkit)

how can i get firefox to allow java permanently one is disabled by default and even if i chose allow and remember it does not do that how can i get it so it works and the other does it ok

i know that it is dangerous plugin as it says it in firefox web page i accept that and wanna permanent enable it

ps: firefox said it does disable it because it is not a safe plugin
