Itunes12.1.1.4 crashes when i click on purchase history in my account.

HI been a while since i posted on here hope everyone is well.I wonder if i can get help with a problem. It envolves Itunes.(if anyone here uses it)current version 12.1.1.4 works ok regarding loading buying playing music. the problem comes when i go into the account info section to check my purchase history.I click on it and itunes programme crashes and windows asks me if i want it to find a solution which it cant. Its like this since the recent update from 12.1.1. which used to be fine.
now i tried to roll back versions to 12.1.1 but same thing now happens.I rolled back to 11.4 and whatdouknow it worked fine.so i figure there is some bug or conflict since they updated to itunes 12.1.1.4.
I rang up applecare all they knew was re download and reinstall.try open it on another computer.i did this and itunes worked fine on that laptop.
since version 12.1 came out they have a version for older video cards.mine is a intel built in video card about six years old.but everything was fine with version 12.1.1 for older video cards its since update to 12.1.1.4 the problem appeared.

    Anyone got any ideas.:)

There is no version 12.1.4 as far as I know, the latest is 12.1.1.4. Is that what you have?

Where did you get the download from?
