It seems the images are not trully copied to clipboard because when i select 'Create PDF from clipboard' the images are not pasted.
It happens to all programs when trying to paste those images. Instead some blank boxes with an icon in the middle appear and an
error message in Acrobat. First a window appears saying 'Downloading' and some other text and then says 'error' but i can't read the rest of the text as it closes very quickly.
Let's try something simpler:
Hit the Prnt Scrn button and try to paste into MS Paint.
But I cannot copy the entire email.
See if this is the case for you:
Link to above https://mailbird.zendesk.com/entries...-Remote-ImagesIf you want Mailbird to automatically show images in emails you can update the settings by following these steps:
1) Go to the Mailbird menu in the top left of the main window
2) Select Options
3) Select the Appearance tab
4) Check or un-check the "Always show remote images" box under the header "Messages"
This allows you to always show images or to choose which images to show in each email manually.
I enabled the images. I can see em but some cant copy to clipboard.
You may need to restart Mailbird. Also possible it won't affect mail already downloaded.
Try sending a problem mail to another account of yours and back if possible.
Hi,
Download or save picture as the image then use insert image if the mail client makes it available or send as an attachment but in the pdf your better off using insert image from a saved file.
If anything most email clients require or allow copy and paste but the images need to be on a file sharing site like Onedrive/..... and in Public folders so so anyone can see it and the url to the image can be accessed easily or travel with the mail.
