ACDsee very slow at closing in windows 7 - just acdsee

Hi, i start a new thread in oder to know if any one have the same issue with ACDsee Pro :

The thing that ACDsee pro in my computer close very slowly , i have to wait for about 10sec to have it closed completely.

i explique the situation :
- double click on one photo, it starts automatically ACDsee view in full screen (good thing)
- press Esc to close the full screen view: have to wait 10sec ... (bad thing - issue) - in Vista or XP, it was below 1 second.

- Others soft go normally with W7

- windows 7 updated full
- ACDsee Pro with updated full and assistance from ACDsee can't help . they proposed to delete thumbnail, i did it, but nothing change.
- My Pc is protected by Kaspersky 2010 Kiss with all update full.

So anybody have the same issue or can help, pls

Try Optimizing the Database:
  1. For ACDSee 12, Pro 3 and Pro 4, Pro 5 click Tools | Database | Optimize Database. For previous versions of ACDSee, click Database | Optimize Database.
  2. Click Next.
  3. Put a check in both boxes then click Next again twice.
  4. Click Finish.

Uninstall Save as type “acdsee photomanager 12 jpeg image”
I have uninstalled ACDSee ver.12 on Windows 7. But still when I try to save image I am getting option: Save as type “acdsee photomanager 12 jpeg image” How can I uninstall this option? Also, there is still folder ACD System left in Common Files. Should I manually delete this folder?

ACD has a forum which after logging in I could not find a way to post or contact support so I'm wondering if I should get another photo software or just learn this one. I took 7,000 pictures by subject and copied them over to another folder and re-built it into dates but I only have 6,000 pictures...

ACDSee Pro 2.5 not starting/working again
Not sure exavtly how or when it happens (same issue happened in 7100 x64), but ACDSee Pro 2.5 will not load/start anymore. It usually happens after I dual boot into XP Pro 32bit, because that is what happened also in 7100 x64. I've booted into XP before and ACDSee worked fine after booting back...
ACDSEE 2.5 pro conflicts with latest NVIDIA driver
I have a Gigabyte Nvidia GT 9500. I installed ACDSEE 2.5. after installed I get my cursor (arrrow) with a circling dot near it continuously.I lauched ACDSEE my screen once become black then return to normal. Error message problem with Nvidia. PC would not restart. Have to restore to cure problem....
Acdsee Pro 2.5 install error 1935
I get error 1935 all the time when I try to install Acdsee Pro 2.5 on Windows 7 x64. I haven't been able to solve this problem, anyone have any ideas?
