    Application Crashing on Windows 7 Frequently


    We have a monitoring tool application installed on A Windows 7 box.

    It has been crashing frequently of late.

    I have attached the error captured from the event viwer.

    Kindly assist to proffer solution to fix this.

    No, we have not updated the application in a while.
