    Anyone use iPhone dictation?

Anyone use iPhone dictation? Seems to work pretty good so far although I need to learn how to punctuate and correct things without stopping the process and doing it manually.

What I mainly need to be able to do is speak plain text and then in the midst of it insert bookmarks dragged in from my favorites. this way I can dictate posts while exercising at the gym, walking, riding my bike and hanging out in coffee shops around the world. It's a lot faster than hunt and peck on a phone (my thumbs are way too big).

Has anyone else used dictation for forums posts? How would I go back and correct? Do you know any commands other than to place a period after a sentence and to start a paragraph?

    Thanks!

OK, I don't really drive that much. Mostly walk, work out in gym, hang out on beach and ride my bike.

    Hi
I turned off most auto correct stuff it was just down right irritating and counter productive
But then again I'm not sure exactly what your referring to either which version are you using now I'm still on 4 :/

I just "upgraded" from 3 to 4. Roommate's hand-me-down. The only improvement I see is the microphone on the keyboard meaning I can dictate texts, emails and posts. I'd like to make that work.

So far the dictation seems to work well except I need to learn the punctuation and correction shortcuts. It should cut my time making posts to way less than half without having to use one finger on phone.

I'll have a play around later and see what I can find out. Never tried it before.
