Flash player enabled in extensions/add-ons?

Try Firefox/Chrome if above fails.

What is your browser?

What website generates that message?

Do not click on "Get flash player" links. If anything copy and paste links into your text editor and check details.

Weird Flash Player message

Actually, I don't have Flash Player in extensions or plugins -- no FP addon. Don't know how to get it into my addons; it's in Program Files. When I search for it in Firefox addons, it's not there.
I use Firefox, Opera and occasionally, Pale Moon, and duckduckgo for search, but don't want to use Chrome. I try to stay away from things Google. But is Firefox/Chrome that you mentioned?
Thanks ever so much for your reply. ec

Probably but some download links are not genuine and attempt to download malicious files.

Here is the correct one for Firefox

Adobe Flash Player Install for all versions

Personally I always download the versions needed for each installed browser from here:

Weird flash every so often
Once in maybe an hour or so there is a small fast flash in the lower right corner of the screen. About 3/4" high and about 2 1/2" wide. Been doing this for about a month. Avira, Malwarebytes and HiJackThis show nothing that seems suspicious. I am wondering if it is a virus that is taking...
