Does software like this exist? About bootup.

I am wondering is there some software that can like, look at what I have installed, look at my services and such, and then suggest a startup order/services to disable/set to the setting where it'll only load it if its needed by something etc? My pc takes a god awefull long time to bootup.. well not really boot up, once it gets into windows which is pretty fast its then taking forever to load everything, 3-5 minutes or so before I can really do anything. I am trying to find ways to remedy this. Would prefer a software that would make the changes then let me uninstall it and the pc keeps them, or at the least one that doesn't need to load on startup. My hdd is defragged so its not that. and there is over 300 gb free on my 1.5 tb drive as well.

    Thanks all.

Ccleaner has 'Tools > Startup' where you can select what you either do or do not want to automatically start along with Windows, Browsers and/or various other things. Most software authors seem to think everything needs to always start automatically and then run in the background at all times, but very few installed programs or utilities (including Ccleaner) actually need to do that in order to work.

Also, I typically go to the Control Panel in a new installation or when trying to optimize a system and take a close look at 'Programs and Windows Features' (or whatever that might be called) to see what actually might not be needed at all...and then the same at 'Administrative Tools > Services'. There might be some kind of utility for thoroughly doing all of that for you, but I have never heard of one.
