    Could you follow these steps:

    1. Open cmd
    2. Type: 'SFC /SCANNOW'
    3. Press Enter
    4. Let it complete fully, then restart the PC

Let us know how it goes.

I just finished the scan, and I'm about ta restart the computer. Here's the CBS log though.

EDIT: It also didn't work. Java still won't work. Itunes, also won't work.
Is this just a Divine striking of computer usage from God?
I really don't wanna waste much more time on this....

Sure, without reading the entire thread (after the Registry and/or Windows cleaning), have you?..
    1. Reset Firefox to its default state - backing up the original profile:
      Code:
      %appdata%/Mozilla
    2. Installed Java SE Runtime Environment 8 (perhaps, both, 32-bit and x64)
    3. If you're still experiencing errors a/the problem(s), after ALL of the procedures and repairing (SFC /SCANNOW) the OS - there's a slight possibility that you could -maybe- create another account (Microsoft Administrator User Account):
      Code:
      control.exe /name Microsoft.UserAccounts
      & go from there. :)

    Edit:
    Code:
    http://www.symantec.com/connect/articles/list-run-commands-windows-7-and-8
P.S. In fact, you could've - right away - made a new Administrator account and tried starting "fresh" without messing around with any of the other stuff... Your old, original, account will still be there, if you decide to go back to it.

OIC, oh!.. Your system HAD been damaged - by who-knows-what - if you're losing function /programs after cleaning /scanning... Most probably you will have to reinstall, in order to *fix* everything, you know. :-/
