    Login Failed Contivity VPN Client


    Hi Everyone,

    Prior to upgrading, I was using Windows XP Professional SP3 32-Bit and Contivity VPN Client version 4. I was able to connect via VPN just fine. I did some research and found NVC64-10.01.103 and NVC64-10.01.053 clients which are compatible with Windows 7 64-bit. They installed just fine. The problem is when I connect, it always says authentication failed. I've configured it in the same way as my Version 4 client that used to run in XP.

    My work around now is to install VMware then loaded XP. I need to run the virtual machine to be able to connect via VPN. This is inconvenient and I would appreciate any ideas on how I could make it natively work with Windows 7.

    Hi,

    I need help with the opposite: I cannot get the VPN to stay connected for longer than 3 seconds. Can you advise me on anything to change?
