WTH?
"USB Device" is greyed out, I don't even have a disk drive plugged in, and I have my big backup disk plugged in, Macrium sees it in the main window too...

Any idea what's going on?

It was greyed out for me too, your setting in the screenshot will create an ISO file (no CD/DVD drives needed) then you can use any bootable USB creator with the ISO.

MACRIUM REFLECT - Create Bootable Rescue USB Drive

YUMI is good. You can also use Rufus. I have started using Easy2Boot recently (multi-boot like YUMI, but seems more capable).
