Adding a 3rd party software as windows service

Hi, I was wondering if someone can tell me the simplest way to add a 3rd party software as a windows service. The intention is to make the program runs before somebody logs in into Windows. Thanks.

So you want to run a program before the user logs on to windows?

You can add that program in startup folder so that it runs when the user logs on.
