Adding a 3rd party software as windows service

Hi, I was wondering if someone can tell me the simplest way to add a 3rd party software as a windows service. The intention is to make the program runs before somebody logs in into Windows. Thanks.

You can add that program in startup folder so that it runs when the user logs on.

3rd party sync software for Windows 7 64 bit with Outlook 2010 64 bit?
Well, I discovered the bad news that Windows Mobile Device Center doesn't work with Outlook 2010 if installed as 64 bit. Microsoft says to "fix" this by uninstalling Office 2010 and installing the 32 bit version! Ha! They have no plans for a real fix. My question is are there any 3rd-party sync...

Before MSE came out I had hypothesized that because it was in Microsoft's best interest to make an AV solution that does not cause noticeable problems that are apparent to the end-user (and which get blamed on the os, not the AV) and that they have access to private API's, MSE would be the best AV...
