Who will deliver me from Wowza Streaming Engine threat

I have never heard of Wowza Streaming Engine until I discovered that it is preventing one of my web marketing tool from connecting to server. I am using window 7.

I did not download it on my PC, nor used it in any way yet it is giving me this problem. I will appreciate if anybody can give me suggestion on how I can solve the problem.

I contacted the owner of the software but he said he cannot help.
I cleared cache, download a new version, and search my PC inside out whether I can see a file on it, but none.

I have attached the full error detail to this message, please kindly help me look at it and tell me what to do, because the issue is giving me a serious concern.
