my friend showed me this awesome screensaver called surveillancesaver which makes your screensaver live feeds from 4000 surveillance cams across the world, however when it comes on it has trouble connecting and as strange as it sounds it stops responding. i wasnt aware that a screensaver could crash but does. has anyone else experienced this and if so got any tips?

Of course it can crash. It's a program just like any other. It's probably poorly coded and nothing you can do about it except hope for an update or bring the issue to the developer in hopes of a fix.
