Any keyboard macro? Recorder and playback

Any keyboard macro? Recorder and playback , I need a simple tool to record and playback EXACTLY what i do . I need to press rapidly the up arrow to get the needle in the green area in the game I play.

I need the tool so I can once get the needle in green then playback it each time

How isnt there any tool that can do it everytime for me? like really none?

There are tools that can do it every time for you, but you should practice to get better at the game rather then spend time looking for game cheats.

Then can you give a very accurate tool do it everytime for me please? This isnt like cheating lol , I am not hacking the server or any of that lol , just to get a good start -_- ... Please can you give me a tool

I tried most of them , some didnt even playback but some did , they werent accurate all time , very little accuracy
