Yes. Sorry about that but earlier in the thread SUPERAntiSpyware was on the don't work list and everyone was saying various defrag software didn't either.

    Best wishes, John

PS Add MediaPortal to the don't work list:)

I would suggest everyone avoid any registry related utility until after Windows 7 goes RTM. If you must tinker with it, then you should at least create a restore point on the system drive you have Windows 7 installed on. There are so many registry related tools out there and most of them were written for XP and Vista. Many have not been made ready for Windows 7 yet. Also, keep in mind that the registry works very different in the X64 version of Windows 7.

With Registry cleaner I agree with Swarfega.
Most Registry cleaners seem to do more harm than good.
e.g. I ran Glary on Vista (before I ditched it for Win 7) and immediately my boot time went from about 30 sec to 3 minutes! I had to do system restore.

Corel Paint Shop Pro X (ver 10.3) has a little issue. When starting Windows 7 is reverted back to "Basic" color sheme setting on desktop as PSP is "not compatible with certan visual objects".
Sometimes it gives a messed up desktop when closing PSP and desktop try to revert back to default color sheme.
