Activating and using movable wallpaper on the desktop

I have downloaded what was supposed to be an "active" moving background. My question is how to activate this this program on my screen?

I am unable to find the "file" itself, just downloaded it to my screen. However, sound some that are similar and they show ".exe" in the file description.

Where did you get them and what is there name? They might not be what you think they are, deskscapes is the only thing I know of to have that kind of functionality that's any good now a days.

There is a chance that this "active wallpaper" is just a lie to attract you to download a virus and run it on your system. Typical "Trojan horse" social engineering tactic.

Yeah, if you want something like that look into deskscapes by stardock. Glad it didn't do any damage to your OS.
