9.0.2 was giving me all of the same problems...
Dont forget I am running the 64 version of win7, so I actually have to download this version:
iTunes 9.0.2 for Windows (64 bit)
Also, after trying to install that version again I received this error message:
and its still not opening even after a restart and I received this error message... and it wouldnt restart again after that message
For some reason the original itunes download keeps getting an error, yet still downloads enough to install? Just not install properly?
Hi Johnny, can you clarify for me. Is the installation failing. Or is it stopping when you launch Itunes.
Standing By!
Would you look to see what, if any, Itunes programs you may have showing in your control panel.
Also, do you see Quicktime?

Hi Johnny,
Just out of curiousity what version of Windows 7 are you running? Retail or the RTM? I'm running the retail version of Windows 7 Ultimate x64 and iTune and have not had any problems. That's why I ask.
I sync to an iPod classic.
Shoot sorry I posted one of the wrong pics.
Here's the other error message
i was getting both error message and iTunes still not opening.
