    Annoying message re Apple Push

Hello my partner's laptop has a lot of Apple stuff on it which she uses to download iTunes etc Now on start up there is a vert annoying pop up message that will not go away for a long time and I cannot find how to get rid of it - any ideas really appreciated.

Unfortunately the only real way would be to remove the Apple software.

The iTunes app for Windows has long been a problem on Windows causing all types of issues - there are windows apps that work better than iTunes for it's stated purpose, that does not come with the associated Apple baggage and Ads

The only other thing to try is to find the IP that is serving the Ad ans redirect it to Null in either your firewall or hosts file ( - 127.0.0.1 )

Ok Nigel I'll try that the thing is she is Apple mad and I have no chance in getting her to uninstall that rot.

The machine it self apart from me never gets cleaned out and the duplicate lists I looked at this afternoon had so many entries sometimes up to 30-40 of one file it is funny. But to explain this all to her is pointless.
