Freestudio - Video to MP3 Converter not launching

Hi

I have been trying to get Freestudio - Video to MP3 Converter to run, but it won't launch.

The only thing it does when i click on the that program, is it shows the splash screen.

I installed the full version of Freestudio, which includes all their programs.

Most their converter programs is not launching for me, which are:
-Free MP4 Video convereter
-Free Video to MP3 Converter
-Free Audio converter
-Free Video to JPG conveter
-Free DVD video converter

The only one that runs is
-Free image converter and resize

I have contacted Free studio tech support, but so far tech support has no solution.
They keep telling to install latest version, but still not solved.

This issue has been ongoing for 6 months now.

If anyone knows how to solve this...please reply.

Do you have to have a Freestudio CD/DVD in the drive when running the program?
