Windows 7: Adobe LiveCycle Designer cannot start.

Adobe LiveCycle Designer cannot start.
When I try to use Adobe LiveCycle. I get this error:
Acrobat cannot start Adobe LiveCycle Designer. You may need to repair or reinstall the application using the original installation program.



Anyone else get this error? Have a solution?
