? for RocketDock users Ok, my small complaint/problem with the great app (in my case) is that the way i use this i find myself needing to get to the dock, but have something full screen blocking the dock. Now i dont want it stuck on topmost, but what i would like to know is if there is a way to have it appear like the taskbar, by hitting the windows key.
Is there any similar way to do this for the dock? May need to take this up with them, instead of here

Hi Digger,
I had the same issues when I used rocketdock and I solved it by Autohiding it at the top of the screen - always there never in the way
Update
Not sure if this would do what you want - from their Online Help Quote: Hot Keys 1. Disable the Dock
You can hide RocketDock and stop it from rendering completely by pressing Control+Alt+R. Press it again to make RocketDock appear.

Yeah, and there's a setting to have it on top on windows so if you had a full screen and had it up top, you could point your mouse at the top and it should overlay on your full screen window. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Airbot 2.0 OS Windows 7 Ultimate x64 SP1 CPU Core i7 920 (D0) @ 4Ghz, *26c idle *65c full load on air Motherboard Asus P6X58D Premium - Sata 6Gb/s - USB 3.0 Memory 12GB DDR3 Corsair Dominator -CMD12GX3M6A1600C8 at 1600MHz Graphics Card EVGA GeForce GTX 480 -Aftermaket Accelero Xtreme Plus cooler Sound Card ASUS Xonar D2X Monitor(s) Displays 1 LG 24" Flatron W2453V-PF 1 Samsung 24" P2450H both 2ms RT Screen Resolution 1920x1080@60hz Keyboard Logitech Wireless MK700 Mouse Logitech Wireless MK700 PSU Corsair HX1000W Case Cooler Master HAF 932 Cooling Case Fans *3 230mm, *1 140mm/CPU - *Tuniq Tower 120 Extreme Hard Drives 1 OCZ Vertex2 180GB SSD

Just dont get the eye candy of having it not hidden. But have to have it topmost with autohide for my own funtionality use minus the annoyance. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number CUSTOM OS XP/win7 x86 build 7127 CPU Athlon64 X2 DUAL 4200+ 2.21ghz Motherboard ASUS K8 PRO SLI Memory 2GB Dual Chan DDR2 Corsair Graphics Card Nvidia 6800GT Sound Card nvidia Monitor(s) Displays 19' LCD Screen Resolution 1280x1024 Keyboard MS wireless Mouse MS Wireless PSU coolermaster 450 Case SUPERFLOWER Cooling 1 HDD bay fan, 5x80mm Case Fans, AEROGATE II Fan/Temp Hard Drives WD 250, 2x500, 2x1TB IDE/USB

to hide rocket dock behind widnow you have to do that:
go to rocket dock setings--->>position--->>layering-->>and there you have 3 option, select normal, and apply...
after that the rocket dock it remains only at desktop...

Personally i love this app but uninstalled it because i've found it annoying in some ocations, but here is my question, is there any way of having rocketdock ALWAYS ON TOP but making it hide while im on fullscreen? i mean the way i use my desktop is like this
(so i dont need to go start+m every time i need to use a desktop icon, i've found it useful that way)

I had paid for a copy of Object Dock Plus a while back and have been using that, but several of the app's don't work on x64 .
Thanks
