Suggest you look at these two products inparticular... best of the bunch...

SynchBackPro which has the easier interface and flags up few annoying messages.

Super Flexible File Synchronizer which caches more data, and is therefore a little faster - but beware, it will pause on each and every query until you've ironed out every conceivable idiosyncratic prompt it can throw at you!

Here are a few to consider

    Folderclone
    Karen's powertool replicator
    Second Copy from Centered Systems
    GFI Backup
    Synchromagic
    Syncback

I think Microsoft has a couple of free applications.

Some of the above are free and some aren't. I have used Second Copy for 10 years.

Microsoft's SychToy 2.1 which is FREE, is highly recommended.

Very simple and quite fast, ime. Highly configurable. Only thing it lacks a built in scheduler but it contains detailed instructions in its help file on how to use the native Windows "Task Scheduler" to schedule SynchToy for automatic operation. It also gives nice reports on what was copied/synched/deleted etc., after a job is done.
