windows 7 del problem.File is not deleting

You cant delete it becuase it is open in IE. have you:
rebooted it and tried again?
booted into safe mode (F8) and tired then?

It looks like you are trying to playback a blue ray disk, or you have the program running in the back ground and windows won't let you delete it because a program is using the file. As my friend Ken suggests re-boot your system and then locate the file you want to delete and go ahead and complete the task.

i restart the system two times also tried to del the file in safe mode but invain..
At last i installed unlocker windows xp software and by this software i del the files...
