It's one of those things, that could corrupt important files, and will leave a nice mess if its not done properly, do it at your own risk.... -scary music-
But we're here to help if it all goes pear-shaped.

:P
Well now I really need your help.
I imported all my music now.
About 300GB.
When I am opening WMP 12, it takes about 1 minute (plus) to show the library with my songs.
What can I do about that?
WMP 11 didn't do that at WinXP.
That's something with WMP, and its constant updating. I don't think anyones found a solution to it yet.
As i said before, WMP and large amounts of music don't go well together.
Damn. :-S
But is there anyone that is looking for a solution?
This is incredibly annoying.
Although it finished the Updating yesterday, it does updating now again.
So it would be bad to use WMP 11?
Or will WMP 11 at Win7 do the same as 12?
I was using it a lot at WinXP, I haven't had any problem.
Well, about the link you gave me, this WMP11 is in English.
I have the installer of a Greek one but it is an older version that the one is used to downgrade.
Is there any way to install the Greek WMP11 I have?
**Thank you for the replies!**
Wmp done with updating the library.
BUT if I have WMP at my music library with "all the music" appearing and close the program, I open it again then it will take a lot of time for the list to show up.
Altough, if I have WMP at a music album with not too many songs and close the program, open it again it will load faster!
So the problem is that WMP 12 cannot manage a lot of songs generally.
Is there anyway to avoid that?
**Is MicroSoft aware of that??!**
Thank you.
